Collision kernel of cloud droplets

I am interested in the collision rate of cloud droplets. Cloud droplets larger than 10 μm grow to rain sizes by collision and coalescence. However, the collision rate of the droplets is controlled by minute details of their trajectories. I investigate the collision rate in this paper and show how rain initiation depends on the small details the kernel here.
